This policy explains what KegTruck collects when you use beer.kegtruck.com, the KegTruck apps, email, or the KegTruck account on LINE. The LINE account uses the LINE Messaging API so we can receive messages you send and reply to them.

Who we are

KegTruck carries kegs of craft beer between breweries, bars, hotels, and brewpubs in Thailand. This website, the apps, and the LINE account are operated by SIAM CRAFT BREWERY Co., Ltd. (โรงเบียร์สยามคราฟต์ จำกัด), 105/10 Baan Don Thai, Moo 1, Na Thung, Sawankhalok, Sukhothai 64110. Tax ID 0645565000488. Write to info@kegtruck.com for a privacy request. The company address and phone are on the Terms of Use.

Information you give us

  • On the short join form: your name, email, phone, role, and the note you write. Roles are bar, hotel, brewery, brewpub, driver, or a general inquiry.
  • On an application we email you: license papers, a photo of the door, and a door location only if you enter both latitude and longitude. A half pair is rejected and is not stored.
  • If we open an account: email, name, phone, and a password. The password is stored only as a hash. We do not keep the password you typed.
  • A brewery or brewpub uploads the bank book page that shows the account name and account number, and may enter that Thai bank name and account number so we can pay them. Bars, hotels, and drivers cannot see that account.
  • Orders, beer names, alcohol by volume, keg size, prices, QR codes on kegs, and delivery status.
  • While the driver app is open, the phone’s location, so the map can show where the truck is.

Information we receive from LINE

When you add the KegTruck account on LINE or send it a message, LINE gives us the following through the LINE Messaging API. We do not receive your LINE password.

  • Your LINE user ID.
  • Your display name.
  • Your profile image, when LINE includes it.
  • The content you choose to send, including text and any image or file.
  • The time of the message, and follow, unfollow, or block events for that account.

We do not ask LINE for your email address. We do not buy contact lists from LINE. A LINE chat does not create a KegTruck login.

Why we use it

  • To answer the message you sent and to talk with you about kegs, orders, pickup, and delivery.
  • To review a join request. A person reviews papers before any login is created.
  • To run an order, show the truck, and pay a brewery the amount recorded for that order.
  • To keep tax and alcohol-license records that Thai law requires.
  • To stop abuse of the website, the apps, or the LINE account.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We do not show a brewery bank account to a bar, a hotel, or a driver.

Who else processes it

LINE messages pass through LY Corporation, which operates LINE. LINE’s own policy applies to the LINE app: line.me/en/terms/policy. The Thai text is at line.me/th/terms/policy.

Email to and from info@kegtruck.com goes through our mail host so we can reply. The site and the order records are hosted for KegTruck.

How long we keep it

We keep account, order, and payment records while the account is in use and for as long as Thai tax and excise rules require. We keep a LINE conversation while we need it to handle your request. Application files for a request that does not become an account are kept only through the review.

Your choices

Email info@kegtruck.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete a LINE conversation or a join request that never became an account. We may keep an order or payment record where Thai law requires it. You can block or unfollow the LINE account in LINE at any time. That stops new messages from reaching us.

Age

KegTruck is a business service for alcohol logistics. Do not use the apps or the LINE account if you are under 20.

Changes

We post any change on this page and update the date at the top. The matching terms are at Terms of Use.
